This accommodation offers an open plan living with comfortable lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, gated veranda to relax on, central heating and double glazing. Master bedroom has an en-suite toilet and two single bedrooms, all located within easy distance of the beach..
LOUNGE: The spacious lounge offers plenty of seating - a two and three seater sofa, complete with flame effect fire, 32” flat screen TV & DVD player and fixed cabinets. Please note SP13 does not include a sofa bed – the overall sleeping capacity is 6.
KITCHEN & DINING : The kitchen is modern and practical including; gas cooker, full size integrated fridge, freezer and microwave. The dining area is light and open, the free-standing table and 4 chairs make for a relaxing dining experience.
BEDROOMS: SP13 boasts three bedrooms. The master bedroom is made up of a double bed, fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and en-suite toilet. The twin bedrooms continue the homely feel with two single beds, single fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. Please note; linen is provided free of charge on bookings of 7 nights or more – however the linen shown will not be the linen provided. The over all sleeping capacity for SP13 is 6.
BATHROOM & TOILET; SP13 benefits from a double shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. SP13 also benefits from an en-suite toilet in the master bedroom.
HEATING: SP13 is double glazed and fully centrally heated, offering comfort in any season.
VERANDA; Yes. SP13 has a gated veranda and patio furniture – perfect for alfresco dining in the summer months.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: SP13 is short walk to the beach and the main amenities are approximately an 6 to 8 minute walk.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
