LOUNGE; KH14 elegantly combines a traditional feel with modern style and contemporary colours providing a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge consists of ample seating, coffee table and upholstered cube stools. The 40” LED TV offers Freeview and a DVD player.
A sofa bed is available in the lounge. KH14 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard including full size integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring-hob, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a comfortable free standing table and 4 chairs. A washing machine is also located in the rear of the caravan (as pictured).
BEDROOMS; this accommodation has three bedrooms, one spacious double benefiting from a double size bed, over bed storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet (there is room to fit a travel cot in front of the wardrobe). Well-presented twin rooms both with fitted wardrobes. A sofa can bed is available in the lounge area. KH14 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; KH14 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. KH14 benefits from having a separate en-suite toilet in the master bedroom.
HEATING; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA; Yes, to enjoy the fantastic views KH14 has a large gated veranda with patio furniture making it ideal to relax & unwind.
PARKING; Allocated parking space behind the caravan.
