PET FRIENDLY; The owner is happy to accept a maximum of 2 dogs in this caravan. The dogs do have an additional charge, per pet, and can be added on during the booking process.
LOUNGE; the lounge is a modern and open plan style that allows the family to commune easily, with comfortable fixed seating that also has an occasional pull out bed for additional guests. Fixed wall cabinet with flat screen TV and integrated DVD player and fitted gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Fixed seated area with free standing table and stools. The dining area leads directly onward to the fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to cater for all the family whilst on your holiday. The caravan is fitted with full size single oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer and the necessary utensils.
BEDROOMS; This accommodation has two bedrooms, one master room comprising of double bed with fitted wardrobe, vanity area with radiator, en-suite toilet and room for a travel cot.
The twin room have fitted small wardrobe with radiator and the beds can be pushed together to form an addition double. As mentioned before there is an occasional pull out bed fitted in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET; the shower room has a single shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and radiator. This unit has 2 toilets.
HEATING ; KP45 has full central heated fitted in both bedrooms and a towel rail in the shower room, the lounge has a manufactures gas fire fitted as well.
VERANDA; Walk way and gated veranda at the front and side of KP45
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx. 7 to 9-minute walk.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
