LOUNGE Open plan lounge with fixed seating and gas fire. Flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils. Low level work tops with microwave, fridge and freezer compartment, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Fixed corner seating with free standing table with stools.
BEDROOMS Two spacious twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and sliding doors.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM Wheelchair access shower/wet room with fitted grip handle, wall mounted folding seat and sliding door.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms. Gas fire fitted in the lounge.
VERANDA veranda and sidewalk way. Patio furniture is supplied.
LOCATION approx. 1minute walk to the beach and a 4 to 5 walk to main amenities.
NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
