Full DescriptionSP23 is a non-smoking fantastic 3 bedroom Deluxe, Willerby Salsa Eco 2014. Complete with gated veranda, double glazing, stunning sea views, 32” TV, internal iPod speakers and docking point, 2 toilets, modern galley style kitchen and wrap around seating the lounge. SP23 boasts contemporary décor and high quality fixtures and is just a short walk from the beach.
LOUNGE & DINING AREA; the modern and stylish lounge is very spacious, featuring comfortable wrap around seating (with occasional pull out bed) and a fixed dinette area in matching décor. The dining area also benefits from 2 free standing stools. In the lounge you can also enjoy; a 32” TV with built in DVD player, Free-View, feature fireplace and an internal iPod docking point complete with ceiling speakers.
KITCHEN ; The Ultra-modern galley style kitchen is fully equipped, has ample space and includes a full size coat and shoe cupboard. You will also find; four burner cooker/grill, microwave, under- counter fridge with freezer box and plenty of storage.
BEDROOMS; Three beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to the highest standards with integrated fan heating. One luxury double with fitted wardrobes, fixed wall mirror and floating shelves above and bedside the double bed. The two twin bedrooms continue the modern and contemporary feel with small wardrobe and floating shelves on each wall. The twin beds can also be pushed together to form an additional double If necessary. An occasional pull out bed can also be located in the lounge. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET; SP23 benefits from a double shower, toilet, basin and built in storage shelves. A small panel heater can also be located in the shower room. SP23 boasts a second bathroom with toilet and hand basin.
HEATING; SP23 consists of integrated fan heating, a gas fire in the lounge and a small panel heater in the shower room.
VERANDA; YES large front and side veranda is fitted with a gate accessible from the side door. The veranda is perfect for enjoying the fantastic sea views.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
