LOUNGE; From the lounge you have access to the large veranda through the French doors. The lounge is spacious with vaulted ceilings and fully equipped with 42” LCD 3D flat screen wall mounted smart TV with freeview, 3D Blu ray player, Apple TV, Internet DAB Radio and 300w Sound bar entertainment system with Bluetooth connectivity. The sofa has an occasional pull out bed to cater for extra guests allowing a maximum number of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; The kitchen benefits from a double oven and grill, gas hob with five rings, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ample storage. The kitchen also benefits from a 70/30 fridge freezer. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and high back upholstered chairs. A large cloakroom for coats etc. is located next to the dining area.
BEDROOMS;
Bedroom one has a king sized divan bed, spacious walk in dressing room and storage, 32” Smart Internet connected LCD TV with freeview, full en-suite bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom two benefits from twin divan beds, that can be pushed together to form a double, 22” Smart Internet connected LCD TV with freeview, and large fitted wardrobe.
Bedroom three also benefits from twin divan beds, that can be pushed together to form a double , two large fitted wardrobes and 22” Smart Internet connected LCD TV with freeview.
BATHROOM & TOILET; As previously mentioned the double bedroom is en-suite, with shower unit, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING; W6 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA; YES large front accessible from front patio doors and benefiting from uninterrupted sea views. The Lodge has a 8 piece rattan cube dining room set, with padded cushions.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
PRIVATE DRIVE; Yes, parking for two vehicles.
WIFI Wi-Fi are supplied at no additional cost and maintained by a third party, therefore Newmans cannot guarantee its access, speeds and usage.
