FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Executive Platinum caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

Furnished with free standing domestic 3 piece suite, wide screen TV, DVD, video, digital Free View, CD player and flame effect fire with stone effect surround.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; modern kitchen which includes full size integrated fridge and freezer, washing / drying machine, superb cooker and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & chairs plus side opening patio doors.
BEDROOMS; Three beautiful designed bedrooms, one double (room for a travel cot)benefiting from flat screen TV, DVD and Free view, en-suite shower and toilet facility, and two twin room (twin beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required).
Sleeping Capacity; The owner of this beautiful Executive Platinum caravan has requested a total sleeping capacity of no more than 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Full en-suite plus additional bathroom fully fitted with toilet, wash basin and a three quarter size domestic bath.
HEATING ; W37 has double-glazing and full gas central heating; domestic levels of comfort are assured whatever the season.
VERANDA; YES, fully enclosed and only accessible from two sets of patio doors and benefits from fantastic panoramic sea views.
PARKING; W37 benefits from its very own drive.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
