FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE; Incorporates ample contemporary furniture, unique interior design and features makes for a spacious and luxurious interior. W17 elegantly combines a traditional feel with modern style and contemporary colours providing a welcoming, bright and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge is separate from the kitchen and dining area.
This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view, coffee table, upholstered cube stools, flame effect fire. Please be advised that there is not an occasional pull out bed fitted in the sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances inc full size integrated fridge and freezer, washing machine, microwave, 5 ring hob with electric ignition, pop-up multi power supply, soft close cabinet doors, one and a half bowl kitchen sink, eye level oven combined with an integrated microwave and curved glass extractor. The kitchen is fitted with a skylight to allow additional light. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a comfortable free standing table and chairs.

BEDROOMS; Three beautiful designed bedrooms, one luxury double with lift up bed for extra storage, TV, en-suite toilet and wash basin. Two twin bedrooms, the twin beds can be pushed together to form further doubles, in one twin room only, one bed can be folded away and stored under the remaining bed to make room for a travel cot or give way to a larger single bedroom.

TRAVEL COT; It may also be possible to fit a travel cot in one of the twin bedrooms.

SLEEPING CAPACITY: Due to the high grade of the Regal Autograph the owner has requested a total sleeping capacity of no more than six guests in total, including infants.

BATHROOM & TOILET; Main bedroom as previously mentioned has an en-suite toilet & wash basin. The separate family shower room is fitted large corner shower cubical with sliding doors & light, toilet and wash basin.

HEATING; W17 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system (wall mounted master thermostat in lounge) with individually controlled radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

VERANDA; YES large gated front & side veranda with fitted ramp for ease of access. The veranda is accessible from the front French doors and side kitchen door and benefits from outstanding sea views. The veranda as do ALL the verandas with Newmans comes complete with patio furniture.

NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.

PARKING; W17 benefits from its very own drive.
