3-bedroom, 6 berth, 39 x 12ft ABI Wimbledon.Key Features: Sea views, veranda, dishwasher, shower room & ensuite w/c, fridge-freezer, double glazing, central heating, maximum 6 guests.
LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and electric fire. Sea views from the lounge window. LW19 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, integrated microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, full sized gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with four freestanding chairs.
BEDROOMS The spacious master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables, overhead storage, shelving, vanity area with mirror and fitted wardrobe.
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost. LW19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & ENSUITE The family shower has a shower cubicle, toilet & hand basin. The master has an ensuite with a toilet and hand basin.
HEATING LW19 is double glazed with a central heating. Radiators in all rooms, so you can season in comfort all year round.
VERANDA There is a front decking with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE FROM MAIN AMENITIES Location from main amenities; approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.
