3-bedroom, 8 berth 38 x 12ft Swift Loire.Key Features: Central heated, double glazed, shower room, fridge, freezer. Maximum 8 guests.
LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fire. Sea views from the lounge window. RM17 has a double pull-out sofa, that can accommodate additional guests. Maximum 8 Guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with fixed seating and two chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe.
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost. RM17 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
HEATING RM17 is double glazed with a central heating.
