3 bedroom 6 berth 12 x 35ft Swift Loire.Key features: Side seaview, wifi access, double glazed, central heating, fridge with ice box, close to beach, veranda. maximum 6 guests.
LOUNGE Open plan with a freestanding corner sofa and futon, with. Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player; with DVDs and electric fireplace. Wii consol, Wii games and board games provided.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge with freezer box, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Freestanding dining table with fixed corner seating and 2 stools.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom includes double; with overhead storage, vanity area with mirror, fitted wardrobe and radiator. Both Twin rooms have 2 single beds, overhead storage and a small fitted wardrobe. (In both rooms the Twin beds can be pushed together to form a double).
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.
SHOWER ROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, hand basin and radiator. There is a separate toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Double glazed with central heating in all rooms.
VERANDA Veranda with patio furniture is supplied. Patio loungers also provided. Exterior lock up storage that contains body board and kids beach toys - key to be provided for this.
PARKING Wide parking space infront of property.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 3 mins walk to the Main Complex and 4 minutes walk from the beach.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
