LOUNGE The lounge has free standing seating to cater for all the family, built in cabinets with flat screen TV, DVD and electric fire. TW91 can cater for a maximum of 6 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. For additional comfort, the dining area has a freestanding table and 4 chairs.

BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms. There are 2 double rooms, and a twin room with bunk beds. The master double room has a double bed, vanity area with mirror, built in wardrobe, TV on the wall, radiator and ensuite toilet. The second double room has a double bed, a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. The twin room has bunk beds, a vanity area with mirror and fitted wardrobe.
Duvets and pillows are supplied – linen can be added on at an extra charge at the point of booking.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE The bathroom has a shower, toilet, wash basin. TW91’s master bedroom also has an ensuite toilet, with handbasin.

HEATING Central heating, double glazing and electric fire in the lounge.

PATIO AREA Small paved patio area, with patio furniture supplied.

VERANDA Seaview facing veranda, with walkway. Patio furniture supplied.
