3-bedroom 8 berth 12 x 38ft Swift Serenity.Key features: Gated veranda, sea views, Wi-Fi access, centre lounge, central heating, full size integrated fridge-freezer, main bedroom with en-suite shower room, 2 x toilets, allocated parking for 1 vehicle and maximum 8 guests.
LOUNGE Centre lounge with fixed corner sofa, manufactures gas fire, wall mounted flat screen tv and coffee table. Occasional pull-out bed to accommodate those extra guests. CW14 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS Double room at one end of the caravan with fitted wardrobes, vanity area, wall mounted Tv and access to own shower room.
Two twin rooms at the opposite end with 2 single beds and small wardrobes with access to second shower room.
SHOWER ROOM Two shower rooms with shower cubicle, toilet, and hand basin.
HEATING Double glazing and central heating throughout. There is also a gas fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING Allocated parking space for 1 vehicle.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 7 to 9 minutes’ walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
