LOUNGE The lounge is fitted with comfortable seating (includes an occasional pull-out bed for those additional guests) and has a TV with free view, fitted cabinets and gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, fridge with freezer box and a microwave. The dining area benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms, with single beds and small fitted wardrobe.
Linen can be supplied at an additional cost, please select from the products list when booking. RM1 can comfortably cater for a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET RM1 has a shower room that consists of a shower unit, wash basin, toilet and towel rail. The caravan has a separate wc.
HEATING This holiday home has a gas fire located in the lounge. The caravan is single glazed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Location from main amenities, approx. 6 to 7-minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
