SP40 3-bedroom, 8 berth, 12 x 35ft Swift LoireKey Features: Double glazed, central heating, easy reach of the main amenities, open plan design, family shower room, separate wc, fridge, maximum 8 guests. .
LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fire. SP40 has an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge and small freezer section, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with fixed seating and two stools.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe.
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet.
Quilts & pillows are supplied but linen can be hired at additional cost in the booking process. SP40 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle and hand basin. SP40 has a separate wc with hand basin.
HEATING SP40 is double glazed with a central heating fitted throughout.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Location from main amenities; approx. 4 to 5-minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
