3 bedroom 8 Berth Dog friendly Willerby Salsa.Key features: double glazing, fan heating in the bedrooms, family shower room, gas fire in lounge, veranda and allocated parking.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of SP12 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The lounge is fitted with fixed seating, including occasional pull-out bed, Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA SP12 offers a modern kitchen fully equipped which includes full size gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating plus stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double bed, with fitted wardrobe. Two twin bedrooms has a fitted small wardrobe with integrate fan heaters. There is also an occasional pull-out bed in the lounge. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET the shower room has a shower room, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Wardrobe blow heating can be found in the bedroom and a gas fire in the lounge, SP12 also has Double Glazing.
VERANDA Front and side veranda with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES SP12 is short walk to the beach and the main amenities are approximately an 6 to 8 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
