DOG FRIENDLY; the owner is happy to allow well trained dogs in this caravan, please note that an additional charge applies for the dog and can be added in the booking process. If you require more information, please feel free to contact the office.
LOUNGE; The lounge benefits from fixed corner furniture with an occasional pull-out bed, French doors that lead out on to the decking, electric fire, and 32” LCD TV with Free view.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Kitchen equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS; Two bedrooms, one large double with room for a travel cot, fitted wardrobes, TV and Ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. One twin room with wardrobe ( beds can be pushed together to form a double).
BATHROOM & TOILET; This holiday home also benefits from a family shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin. RM3 benefits from an ensuite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.
HEATING ; RM3 has double glazing and central heating.
VERANDA; Yes, RM3 has its own Juliet veranda.
NON-SMOKING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
