3 bedroom 36’ x 12’ wide 6 berth ABI Horizon.Key features: Great location within easy reach of the amenities, double shower, double glazing, gated decking, 2 x toilets, sea views, family shower room, open plan living with modern and well-equipped kitchen.
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of HM109 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE The spacious lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and has a TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire. There is an occasional pull-out bed for those additional guests.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe with integrated heater, and two twin rooms with single beds and fitted small wardrobes, also with integrated fan heaters. HM109 can comfortably cater 6 guests.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Family shower room with double shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. HM109 also benefits from a separate toilet.
HEATING: The caravan is double glazed with a gas fire in the lounge and electric fan heaters in the bedrooms.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Location from main amenities; approx. 4 to 5-minute walk. There is a slight incline on the pathway to the caravan.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
