3-bedroom, 6 berth, 12 x 36ft Cosalt Riverdale.Key Features: Sea views, easy reach of the main amenities, shower room, fridge, freezer, central heating, maximum 6 guests.
LOUNGE Open plan with fixed L Shape seating, flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player and gas fire. Sea views from the lounge window. LW19 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen is equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table with fixed seating and two chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom includes a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobe.
The two twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, and bedside cabinet.
Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost. LW19 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle and hand basin. LW19 has a separate wc with hand basin.
HEATING LW19 is double glazed with a central heating.

NON-SMOKING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
