LINEN Book 7 nights or more you will receive FREE bed linen hire, all necessary bed linen will be conveniently left in the caravan ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE Open plan with two sets of sofas for seating, 38” flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, electric fireplace and radiator.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, fridge freezer, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Spacious double, vanity area, TV, fitted wardrobe and room for a travel cot.
2 x twin room with 2 single beds and small fitted wardrobe and radiator.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. En-suite toilet to the master bedroom.
HEATING Fully double glazed with central heating in all rooms.
VERANDA Front & side - gated veranda. Patio furniture is supplied.
PARKING Private paved driveway directly next to the caravan.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES 5-minute walk from the beach. 2 - 3 minutes to the main amenities (please be advised there is a short steep section in walking).
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
