FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this accommodation for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE; A spacious lounge with sliding doors offer the guests a choice of open plan living or privacy from the kitchen. Offering comfortable free standing leather 3 piece furniture, TV with Free-view and DVD player. The patio doors open onto the gated veranda where you can enjoy the sea views. Please note the sofa does not include a pull out bed.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; CP25 has been fitted with a modern kitchen that includes an island unit, with wine rack, extra storage and additional counter space. Integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob, soft close cupboard doors, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A skylight and dormer window brings a bright and airy feeling into the kitchen and the adjoining dining area, which can be separated from the living room by sliding doors.
BEDROOMS: This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with large wardrobe, built-in dressing table and full en-suite shower room. Two good size twin rooms both fitted with small wardrobes. (The twin beds can be pushed together to form doubles & also fold away for more space if needed).
SLEEPING CAPACITY: the owner has requested a total sleeping capacity of no more than six guests. Please Note: There is NO pull out bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET: A lovely main bathroom with full size bath, overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. CP25 also has a full en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.
HEATING ; Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA; YES, side and front veranda supplied with patio furniture to enjoy the all round view.
PARKING; Allocated parking space in front of CP25.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Location from main amenities, approx 6 to 8 minute walk.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
