When could I claim a refund?
- If the Park must close due to local or national restrictions
- If the Park Open Date is delayed due to local or national restrictions
- If you are unable to travel due to local or national restrictions
- If you or a member of your party is self-isolating
- If you or a member of your party is shielding as requested by the UK Government
How do I make a claim?
If you need to make a claim for any of the reasons above all you need to do is phone us on 01395 224066. The guarantee is valid between 30 days and 3 days before arrival. You will then be given three options:-
- Reschedule to a later date in the season
- Keep the full value of your original booking as a credit towards available alternative dates
- Cancel and receive a full refund
