2 Bedroom 6 berth 42 X 14FT wide Pemberton Knightsbridge.Key features: French doors, veranda with sea view, double glazing, central heating, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dining area, family bathroom with bath, master bedroom with en-suite shower room, allocated parking or private drive. .
LOUNGE Spacious lounge with 3 piece seating, sliding doors to close off the kitchen and dining area. French doors leading on to the front decking. The seating is fitted with an occasional pull-out bed for additional guests. Fitted cabinets with flat screen TV, separate DVD player and fitted gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Free standing dining table and chairs. The dining area leads directly onward to the lounge. The caravan is fitted with full size single oven and grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and the necessary utensils.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has two bedrooms, one master room comprising of double bed, walk in wardrobe, vanity area with radiator, en-suite shower room.
The twin room has a small, fitted wardrobe and vanity area with radiator. As mentioned before there is an occasional pull-out bed fitted in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET The family shower room has a bath with shower overhead, toilet, wash basin and towel rail. The en-suite in master bedroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin, toilet and towel rail.
HEATING KP22 has full central heating fitted in both bedrooms and a towel rail in the shower room and bathroom, the lounge has a manufactures gas fire fitted as well.
VERANDA Front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING Allocated parking in front of the accommodation.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 7 to 9-minute walk.
