FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Executive Platinum caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE The lounge incudes plenty of comfortable seating, including fixed corner seating and a 2 seated sofa. The French doors open out onto the veranda where you can enjoy the sea views and the lounge also benefits from 32" TV, DVD player, Freeview and flame effect electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The fully equipped kitchen includes full size integrated fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave and breakfast bar with two stools. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS Three well designed bedrooms; one master bedroom complete with double bed, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet and wash basin. The two twin rooms include 2 single beds (twin beds can be pushed together to form additional doubles if required) and small fitted wardrobes. W26 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin. The master bedroom includes a en-suite toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Double-glazing and full gas central heating.
VERANDA Gated veranda with patio furniture to enjoy the sea views.

NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
