2 bedroom 6 berth 16 x 40ft Victory Versailles lodge.Located on Kestrel Way benefiting from stunning sea views, veranda, wifi access, dishwasher, washing machine, driveway, en-suite shower room from master bedroom with king size bed. .
FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Lodge for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE Open plan design with sea views from the lounge, with patio doors leading on to the decking. Comfortable seating, wall mount Tv, fire place, and fitted cabinets.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen benefits from a double oven and grill, gas hob with five rings, extractor fan, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and ample storage. The kitchen also benefits from a 70/30 fridge freezer. The dining area benefits from free standing dining table and high back upholstered chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom is fitted with king sized bed, flat screen wall mounted TV and freeview, fitted wardrobes and full en-suite bathroom complete with bath and over head shower, toilet and wash basin. A travel cot can be fitted in this bedroom.
Bedroom two benefits from twin large divan beds, ample storage space with wardrobes and draws, also benefits from a wall mounted flat screen Tv. There is sufficient room at the end of the bed for a travel cot if required.
BATHROOM & TOILET As previously mentioned the main bedroom is en-suite, with shower, toilet and wash basin. Also a family shower room with cubicle, wc and basin.
HEATING KW19 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler, central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA Large front veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING Allocated parking bay.
