FREE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Prestige caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary bed linen will in the caravan ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE The lounge is separate from the kitchen area via an arched entrance. The lounge has domestic style 3 piece suite, flat screen 32" TV with built in Free view, DVD and CD player, the French doors open onto the gated veranda.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen includes full size integrated fridge and freezer, gas oven, hob, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area comprises of free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, one master bedroom with a double sized bed, en-suite toilet, bedside cabinets, ample wardrobes, vanity area.
Good size twin room with small wardrobe. Maximum 4 Guests including an infant.
BATHROOM & TOILET Main bedroom as previously mentioned has an en-suite toilet. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, fitted Jacuzzi bath and toilet and wash basin.
HEATING SV5 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA Large front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
PARKING Private drive in-front of the accommodation.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
