LOUNGE The lounge incorporates comfortable fixed seating and has a TV, free view, DVD player and gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is modern and fully equipped to include gas cooker, hob, under counter fridge and microwave. The dining area is comfortable and benefits from both fixed seating and additional stools.
BEDROOMS This holiday home has three bedrooms, one double with fitted wardrobe and two twin rooms with single beds and fitted small wardrobes. HM108 can comfortably cater 6 guests. Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM & TOILET Double shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. HM108 also benefits from a separate toilet.
HEATING Double glazed with a gas fire in the lounge and electric panel heaters in the bathroom and bedrooms.
VERANDA Front veranda with side walk way with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Location from main amenities; approx. 4 to 5 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
