LOUNGE The spacious lounge comprises of a comfortable 3 piece suite, fitted units with flat screen TV and DVD, the front French doors open onto the veranda where you can relax and enjoy the truly outstanding sea views. There is also an occasional pull-out bed to cater for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Modern styled kitchen includes full size integrated fridge and freezer, gas oven, 5 ring hob, extractor fan, microwave and washing machine. The dining benefits from free standing dining table (dining table extends to a larger size if required) and high back upholstered chairs.
BEDROOMS Two bedrooms, one double with walk in wardrobe, 5ft double bed, bedside cabinets, ample wardrobes, dressing table, Television and room for a travel cot (door to bathroom). One twin room bedroom with small fitted wardrobe. There is also an occasional pull out bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET The family bathroom has two doors, one door for direct access from the main bedroom and a further door allowing access from the hall. KP71 benefits from a full size bath, toilet, wash basin and large corner shower.
HEATING KP71 has double-glazing and a gas combi boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA Large front and side gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx 8 to 10 minutes walk.
