FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made, and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE; This holiday home has many things to offer, a spacious lounge with increased height as well as width. The large sliding doors offer the guests a choice of open plan living or privacy from the kitchen. Offering comfortable free-standing furniture, patio doors opening onto the gated veranda, wall mounted 42” colour TV, DVD, Free view, fixed units and contemporary electric fire with remote control.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA; W21 has been fitted with a well-equipped kitchen that includes an island unit, with wine rack, extra storage and additional counter space. Integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and microwave. A skylight and dormer window bring a bright and airy feeling into this stylish kitchen and the elegant adjoining dining area, which can be separated from the living room by sliding doors.
BEDROOMS; This accommodation has three bedrooms, one master with fitted wardrobe, vanity area and en-suite shower and toilet. Two good size twin rooms, both benefitting from fitted wardrobes and overhead storage.
SLEEPING CAPACITY: the owner has requested a total sleeping capacity of no more than six guests in total, including infants.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Shower fitted over the full-length bath, toilet and hand wash basin. The master bedroom also includes a shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING; Yes, W21 has double-glazing and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA; YES. Veranda complete with patio furniture and stunning sea views.
NON SMOKING: Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
