LOUNGE This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with fixed corner seating and sofa settee, the sofa has an occasional pull out bed, flat screen TV, Free view and DVD player, patio doors that open on to the veranda. Electric fire with wood surround.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Modern kitchen which includes a full size integrated fridge / freezer, oven with extractor fan and microwave. The dining area has fixed seating, free standing dining table & stools.
BEDROOMS Three bedrooms; one double with fitted wardrobe, vanity area, bed side cabinets and over bed storage. Two twin rooms with small fitted wardrobes and over bed storage. KP47 can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET; Family shower room is fitted with a shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is also a separate toilet and hand basin.
HEATING Double-glazed and a gas central heated system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort
VERANDA Enclosed front veranda with patio furniture supplied.
