LOUNGE This holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with free standing furniture and benefits from sea facing windows and excellent views. KP99 has a LCD TV, DVD, CD player, free view, fixed units and a contemporary electric fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA KP99 has been fitted with an modern kitchen which includes full size fridge and freezer, cooker, microwave. The dining area benefits from a full length window and comes complete with free standing dining table and chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, one double with wardrobe and two twin rooms, (one twin bed can also be folded away and stored under the remaining bed to allow more room if required for a further travel cot). There is also an occasional pull out sofa bed in the lounge.
BATHROOM & TOILET This accommodation benefits from a fully fitted shower room, fitted with large shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. KP99 also has an additional toilet with wash basin.
HEATING Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDA Latched gate veranda with patio furniture supplied.
