LOUNGE This holiday home benefits from flat screen TV, DVD, Free view, coffee table, upholstered cube stools and contemporary gas fire. An occasional pull out bed is fitted in the sofa to accommodate a total of 8 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Well-appointed kitchen inc full size integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a comfortable free standing table and chairs.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, one spacious double benefiting from a double size bed, over bed storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobe, room for a travel cot and en-suite toilet. Well-presented twin rooms both with fitted wardrobes (twin beds can be pushed together to form a double).
BATHROOM & TOILET SP109 benefits from a fully fitted shower room fitted with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash basin. SP109 benefits from having 2 toilets.
HEATING Double-glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
