LOUNGE SP17 has sliding patio doors which open onto the veranda. The lounge includes free standing sofa, electric fire and Free-view TV. Please note: SP17 is a 4 berth caravan and does not have a sofa bed.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen includes, under-counter integrated fridge and freezer, oven and microwave. The dining area has a free standing dining table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS 1 Double bedrooms, one master benefiting from a king size bed, TV, en-suite bath with overhead shower. There is room for a travel cot in the master bedroom. The second room is styled as a double, but the beds can be separated to 2 twin beds. Maximum 4 Guests
BATHROOM &TOILET Family shower room with washbasin and toilet. SP17 benefits from an en-suite bathroom with overhead shower washbasin and toilet.
HEATING SP17 has double-glazing and central heating in all rooms.
VERANDA Front veranda with side walkway. Patio furniture is supplied.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pets.
