3 bedroom 8 berth 12 x 38ft Abi Horizon.Key features: Double glazing, Wi-Fi access, ample seating in the lounge, additional hot air heating in the bedrooms, gas fire, 2 toilets, modern kitchen and grassed area.
LOUNGE The modern and spacious lounge is fitted with plenty of comfortable fixed corner seating for all the family (includes an occasional pull out bed) and has a Flat screen TV, DVD and Free view player and gas fire.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Modern styled kitchen is fully equipped with full size gas cooker, under counter fridge, microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday. The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating, free standing table plus stools.
BEDROOMS This accommodation has three bedrooms, one spacious double with double size bed and fitted wardrobe. The twin rooms come complete with fitted small wardrobe. There is also an occasional pull out bed in the lounge.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired for an additional charge, this can be added at the time of booking.
BATHROOM& TOILET The family shower room has a shower cubicle, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail. KP79x benefits from a separate toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Additional blow air heating in the bedrooms and panel heater in the shower room.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 7 to 9 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
