3 bedroom 8 berth 35 x 12ft Willerby Seasons.Open plan living with comfortable lounge area, dog friendly, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, gated veranda to relax on with sea views, fridge freezer, family shower room, central heating, double glazing and 2 toilets. .
DOG FRIENDLY The owner of SP89 will allow well trained dogs in this caravan. These can be added in the booking process.
LOUNGE Comfortable corner sofa, gas fire, 32” flat screen TV & DVD player and fixed cabinets. The sofa includes an occasional pull-out bed for those extra guests.
KITCHEN & DINING Modern and practical including gas cooker, full size integrated fridge freezer and microwave. The dining area is light and open, the free-standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom is made up of a double bed, fitted wardrobe, over bed storage and en-suite toilet.
Twin bedrooms with two single beds, single fitted wardrobe and over bed storage. Linen will be supplied for 7 nights or more. The overall sleeping capacity for SP89 is 8 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Benefits from a double shower cubical, wash basin and toilet. SP89 also has a separate WC.
HEATING Double glazed and fully centrally heated, offering comfort in any season.
VERANDA Gated veranda with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE FROM MAIN AMENITIES Approximately 6 to 8 minute walk.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge.
