LOUNGE Centre lounge with fixed seating, electric remote controlled fire, large wall mounted Tv. HM110x can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, breakfast bar, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table with 6 chairs.
BEDROOMS Double room at one end of the caravan with fitted wardrobes, vanity area, wall mounted Tv and access to own shower room.
Two twin rooms at the opposite end with 2 single beds and small wardrobes with access to second shower room.
BATHROOM & TOILET 2 shower rooms with shower cubicle, toilet, and hand basin.
HEATING Double glazing and central heating throughout. There is an also a gas fire in the lounge.
VERANDA Gated side veranda with patio furniture supplied.
DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES Approx. 4 to 6 minutes’ walk.
