FREE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Sovereign accommodation for 7 nights or more ALL necessary bed linen & towels will be supplied & fitted ready for your arrival.
LOUNGE Open plan with two and three-seater sofas. French doors onto the veranda, TV with Freeview and DVD player, log burner style electric fire. An occasional pull bed is fitted for extra guests. TT12 can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, full size integrated fridge freezer, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and 4 chairs.
BEDROOMS The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, vanity area, fitted wardrobe and full en-suite shower room.
The twin room include 2 single beds, wardrobes and vanity areas.
Quilts & pillows are supplied – linen and towels are provided for free on any 7-night break. Linen can be hired at additional cost for short breaks. TT12 can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
BATHROOM & TOILET Shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin.
HEATING Full central heating throughout.
PARKING Private parking to the side of the accommodation.
VERANDA Front facing veranda with side walk way with patio furniture supplied.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
