LINEN When booking 7 nights or more - All necessary beds will be made up and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest.
LOUNGE Open plan lounge with 2 frees standing sofas, patio doors on to the veranda,electric fire, flat screen 42" TV with Freeview and DVD player.
KITCHEN Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas oven and grill.
DINING AREA Free standing table with 4 high backed chairs.
BEDROOMS Double room with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
Twin room with 2 single beds, wall mounted TVs, and fitted wardrobes.
Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be supplied for short breaks at an additional cost.
BATHROOM & TOILET Full size bath with overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. There is an additional shower room as an en-suite in the master bedroom.
HEATING Double glazed with central heating through out.
PARKING Private driveway towards the rear of the accommodation.
VERANDA Full wrap around gated veranda.
