FREE LINEN SERVICE When you book this Prestige caravan for 7 nights or more ALL necessary bedding will be made available for your arrival.
LOUNGE SV20 has sliding patio doors which open onto the veranda. The lounge includes free standing sofa, two cube stools, electric fire, 32” TV, Free view and DVD. Please note: SV20 is a 4 berth caravan, there is not a sofa bed in the lounge.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA The kitchen includes, integrated fridge and freezer, 3kg washing machine, oven, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area has been raised and enclosed using glass panelled balustrade and benefits from free standing dining table and 4 upholstered chairs.
BEDROOMS Two beautiful designed bedrooms, one master benefitting from a king size bed, TV, en-suite which has been fitted with a domestic size bath with shower and fold-away shower screen. There is room for a travel cot in the master bedroom. SV20 has one twin room with fitted wardrobe, the twin beds can combine to make a double bed if required. Please note: SV20 is a 4 berth caravan, there is not a sofa bed in the lounge.
TRAVEL COT There is sufficient room in the master bedroom for a travel cot.
BATHROOM &TOILET SV20 benefits from a en-suite shower, bath and toilet in the master bedroom. There is also a separate shower room with contemporary bathroom fittings and toilet.
HEATING SV20 has double-glazing and a gas combi-boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.
VERANDAFront and side veranda. Patio furniture is supplied.
NON-SMOKING/VAPING & NON-PET FRIENDLY Please be advised that all of Newman’s holiday homes accommodations are privately owned and therefore it is strictly forbidden to smoke/vape in them at any time. Damage through smoking will incur an additional charge. This unit doesn't allow pet.
