Complete with; sea views, spacious lounge, stunning kitchen with island, washing machine, en-suite shower room, bath, veranda and allocated parking. All located in the convenient location of Gorse Hill.

FREE COMPLETE LINEN SERVICE: When you book this Sovereign holiday home for 7 nights or more ALL necessary beds will be made and a bath and hand towel will be supplied for each guest ready for your arrival.

LOUNGE; this holiday home has many things to offer, a spacious lounge with increased height as well as width. The large sliding doors offer the guests a choice of open plan living or privacy from the kitchen. Offering extremely comfortable free standing furniture, (with occasional pull out bed) four panel patio doors opening onto the veranda and sea views, wall mounted 32” colour TV, DVD, Free view, fixed units and contemporary fire with remote control.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; GH2 has been fitted with a modern luxury kitchen that includes an island unit, with wine rack, extra storage and additional counter space. The unit has integrated cooker with separate oven & grill, five ring gas hob, linen finished sink & drainer and soft close cupboard doors, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A skylight and dormer window brings a bright and airy feeling into this stylish kitchen and the elegant adjoining dining area, which can be separated from the living room by sliding doors.

BEDROOMS; this accommodation has three bedrooms, one luxury double fitted with wardrobe and dressing table. The main room also benefits from a double shower, toilet and wash basin en-suite. Two good size twin rooms both benefit from wardrobes. There is also an occasional sofa bed located in the lounge.

BATHROOM & TOILET; Luxury shower fitted over the full length bath, toilet and wash basin. GH2 also benefits from an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom.
